The product was developed for the Asian cosmetics market as an evolution of BB cream. Unlike its predecessor, CC cream's primary purpose is to even out overall skin tone and neutralize color imperfections, such as localized redness, age spots, or a dull complexion.
Distinctive features
The CC cream's texture is lightweight and fluid. It's significantly lighter than traditional foundations and BB creams, preventing the product from clogging pores or creating a thick mask-like effect on the face.
Specific pigmentation is achieved through color-correcting particles. Formulas often contain green pigments to neutralize redness or violet pigments to eliminate yellowness. When applied to the skin, these microcapsules open and adapt to the skin's natural tone.

How to use

CC cream is used alone to create a nude, everyday look. For evening looks, it can act as a corrective primer, layered over a heavier foundation.
Due to the presence of long-lasting sunscreens, this product requires thorough makeup removal. The optimal solution is a two-step cleansing: first, use a cleansing oil or balm to dissolve makeup, then a basic foam or gel cleanser.
