These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User", "you") and MioLook ("we", "us", "Company", "Service") regarding the use of the MioLook web application and the associated website miolook.com.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
1.1. Overview
MioLook is a web application powered by artificial intelligence technologies that provides the following features:
Smart Wardrobe: digital storage, cataloging, and organization of clothing items with automatic recognition of characteristics (category, color, seasonality).
AI Stylist: personalized outfit recommendations based on analysis of your wardrobe, color type, style preferences, and occasion.
Hairstyle Studio: hairstyle selection and visualization using AI based on your photo.
Makeup Studio: virtual makeup try-on using AI technologies.
Look Visualization: generation of realistic outfit images based on your photos.
Notes and Reminders: maintaining style notes and creating reminders.
1.2. Nature of Recommendations
All recommendations provided by MioLook AI features are purely informational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute professional advice from a stylist, dermatologist, or other specialist. You independently make decisions about your appearance and bear responsibility for them.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. Account Creation
An account is required to access the Service features.
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age established by the laws of your jurisdiction) to create an account.
2.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (login and password).
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each account is intended for a single User. Account transfer to third parties is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or block an account upon detection of suspicious activity.
3. Terms of Service Usage
3.1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Upload content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, personal rights, right to likeness).
Upload illegal, offensive, pornographic, or discriminatory content.
Use the Service for spam, fraud, or distribution of malware.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, other users' accounts, or internal Service resources.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service software.
Use automated means (bots, parsers, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
3.2. AI Feature Limitations
AI features may be unavailable or operate with limitations during maintenance periods or high-load times.
AI processing results may vary depending on the quality of source images and other factors.
We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of recognition, matching, and visualization results.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
4.1. Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights to photos and content you upload to the Service.
By uploading content, you grant MioLook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.
This license terminates upon deletion of the content from the Service or deletion of your account (subject to a technical deletion period from backups not exceeding 30 days).
4.2. AI-Generated Content
Images generated by AI features (outfit visualizations, hairstyles, makeup) are created for your personal use.
You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use of generated content requires a separate agreement with MioLook.
4.3. Our Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, design, AI models, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and other elements of the Service belong to MioLook or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to such intellectual property, except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
4.4. Website Content
All materials published on the miolook.com website, including but not limited to: articles, reviews, guides, illustrations, photographs, graphic elements, and page designs, are protected by copyright and belong to MioLook unless otherwise stated.
Without prior written consent from MioLook, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish website materials (in whole or in part) on other websites, social media, or other media outlets.
Create derivative works based on website content.
Use automated means (parsers, scrapers, AI training) to extract website content in bulk.
Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices.
Brief quotations (up to 200 words) are permitted provided the author is credited and an active hyperlink to the source page on miolook.com is included. For permission to use materials, contact legal@miolook.com.
Violation of these terms may result in liability under applicable copyright law, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and EU Directive 2001/29/EC.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Subscription
5.1. Plans
The application is provided free of charge with a basic set of features.
AI operations (outfit generation, hairstyle selection, makeup visualization) are available under paid plans charged per AI operation.

5.2. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through secure payment systems. We do not store full bank card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
Refunds for unused subscription periods are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For EU residents: you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of payment, provided the service has not been used (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
5.3. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will notify you of any changes at least 30 days in advance. Changes do not affect the current paid period.
6. Termination
6.1. Account Deletion by User
You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings or by sending a request to info@miolook.com.
Upon account deletion, all your data, photos, and content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
An active subscription will be canceled without a refund for the current paid period, unless otherwise required by law.
6.2. Account Suspension by MioLook
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the following cases:
Violation of these Terms.
Uploading prohibited content.
Fraudulent or other illegal activities.
Posing a threat to the security of the Service or other users.
In case of suspension, we will send a notification stating the reason and possible steps for appeal.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MioLook shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Actions or decisions made based on AI stylist recommendations.
Service unavailability due to causes beyond our control (force majeure, third-party actions, internet infrastructure failures).
MioLook's aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for use of the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7.3. Exceptions
These limitations do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MioLook, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Content you upload to the Service.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9.2. Pre-Litigation Resolution
The parties agree to make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation. Claims should be sent to legal@miolook.com and will be reviewed within 30 days.
9.3. For EU Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under EU consumer protection law. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
10. Service Availability
We strive to ensure maximum Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance with prior notice (for scheduled work) or without notice (in emergency situations).
We shall not be liable for losses caused by temporary Service unavailability.
11. Feedback
By providing us with ideas, suggestions, feedback, or recommendations for Service improvement, you grant MioLook an unrestricted right to use such feedback without any obligations to you, including any obligation to pay compensation.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent and purpose of the original.
13. Waiver
Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MioLook regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior understandings.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. In the event of material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
